[GAMEPLAY] Caitlyn Ult Timer Bug

Usually Caitlyn's ult gets reset after she goes to ult an enemy, but sometimes it doesn't function correctly.

1. Ult an almost dead champion.
2. Try and ult another champion. You won't be able to ult anyone else until the cooldown expires, as the cooldown will appear on your screen.
