Rumble Ulti/TP bug

The bug happens around 30s

I was playing ranked 5s with some friends and noticed that after I teleported bot lane to dragon, my ulti never went off but was on CD. What I believe that happened was I clicked the ulti a bit before the tp went off, which is how the bug was created. It could also only be with that skin, I am not sure however this could be a gamebreaking bug if it happened in an important match, and will be a good thing to check out!
