[GAMEPLAY] Sion Bot q bug?

I was playing an ai game with a couple friends, and there was a Sion Bot. I was playing Ashe and my boyfriend was playing Sej. The Sion started charging his q and I walked out of it, he IMMEDIATELY starts charging q again at my direction. Literally immediately. Then it happened again a couple minutes later, Sion charged up his q and I flashed out, he then again, immediately starts charging his q again at me. I've tried to record it but he didn't do it again. And it's just in an ai game but still.

We played another ai game but we there was no Sion Bot again and Sion isn't listed as a playable bot in customs.
