Bought runes, don't have them in my rune stock, IP gone

Only needed to buy 1 armor quintessence, but after buying it, I checked my rune stock and it wasn't there. Maybe thought it was a bug and tried again, figured 1050 was no big deal, but still not there. Shows that I bought them both in my recent purchases, but they're not actually in my rune stock.

As the screen shot shows, I already purchased 2 armor quints previously, which are socketed into my rune page. I tried reloading the client twice, nothing. All i'd like is to be refunded for the 1 extra rune I spent plus the 1 rune I originally wanted. Thanks for any help

EDIT: Just took them 30 minutes to appear in my stock. Still would like the extra rune to be refunded.

Get in touch with Riot’s Billing & Store Support Centre.

  • The primary category is already chosen.

  • Under the secondary select Billing & Store.

  • For the tertiary category select Content Refund.

Link them to this thread in the request and explain the incident clearly. There isn't a guarantee you'll be refunded however.
