[Client BUG] Masteries/Runes In New Champ Select

Whenever editing masteries or rune pages during dynamic que the new pages do not show correctly or even show up at all. For example I was editing rune pages for Yorik but the previous page that was there showed up in the rune selection. Same thing applies to masteries, except when you create a new page it doesnt show up at all.
