Bug with yasuo? Game freezes as soon as it starts

Well recently I tried playing a yasuo game in ranked and it was really frustrating when the game froze as soon as I got in. I had to bring up task manager and shut down LOL and restart it. By that time the Annie I was leaning against was already Lvl 5 and could destroy me in lane. I told my team that I had that problem and then they said that they were having the same problem as well with yasuo. I'm pretty sure it's not just me having this problem and I think I confirmed it when I was laning against a yasuo in ranked. He had dc'd as well at the start of the game and I farmed up and was able to roam freely. He joined back when I was about Lvl 7 and by that time I had already got my other teammates fed. It's really unfair and I'm not exactly sure if it is only with yasuo. I don't know if it's an on and off thing because there was a yasuo in one of my games that didn't dc but I'm not sure.
