[VISUAL} [GAMEPLAY?] Kleptomancy skill point VFX bug

If you get the Skill Point potion with Kleptomancy and then level up to 18, you get the "Level Up!" pop-up, only that all the plus icons are grayed out, since all the skills are already maxed out. It's not really breaking the game or anything, but it is annoying, you basically get a part of your screen covered by a completely useless UI element.
