Viktor Bug: W Cast Area Visual Appearing

Greetings, I have noticed this during my past few games playing as Viktor but have not managed to screen cap it at the moment it's occurred. i will cast his w and proceed to cast other spells, and the visual for the cast area for his W will sporadically appear around my cursor. The issue will persist for a few seconds and i will be unable to target with Siphon Power (Q) or use Death Ray (e) while the visual is on my cursor. As this has been occurring in the thick of laning and teamfighting, I haven't been able to specifically catch exactly the sequence leading to the bug or exact times, but please look into it!
