[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai getting a free cost, forever lasting tunnel.

Was just in a ranked game with Rek'Sai and I had placed a tunnel around the 3 minute mark in my jungle. The timer went down to 0 (the white bar was empty) and it stayed there. This tunnel also became "free" (did not count towards my total limit of 8 tunnels,) and it still worked. It ended up lasting the entire game which makes me question whether or not the enemy team could destroy it.
