Login problem

I'm trying to log in, but it's not working. It's the 1, 2, and 3 thingy. I tried using Youtube to help me. Doesn't work. I use the Internet Explorer fix thing but it also doesn't work. And no, I don't have a Firewall because I checked and there was none. Hopefully, Riot fixes this bs
