The Tiamart isn't doing radius damage like it used to in season 5. I had a friend yesterday using garen and it didn't work and today I had an aatrox that had it but it wasn't working. I repeat that the Tiamart isn't doing radius/cleave damage at all.

This is because the passive "Cleave" was removed from Tiamat. It now only applies when upgraded to Ravenous Hydra. This was intentional.
the cleave passive was removed. something about it not feeling like a component item or something.
The passive for Tiamat (Cleave) from season 5 has been removed from it in season 6 and becomes active when it builds into one of the two Hydras. It is unfortunate and removes the personality from the item. I think it was a mistake to remove cleave from Tiamat.
