[Gameplay] Fiora Death Bug

In a Bot Game i died by a Nexus Tower in my Q and after the respawn i arent able to Flash or TP. The Summoners where greyd out and when i hover over it its says "you arent able to use this at the moment" After another Q everything was fine and i was able to tp and Flash again
