I canceled my twitch prime subscription like 30 days ago after claiming rift herald's capsule. Today I got my subscription again to get the capsule again I click "Claim Now" and it gets stuck on loading forever.

you can only claim it after you waited 30 days after the first one WITH a prime membership all the way through. Sorry, but you have to stay a prime member to get the capsule.
