[Gameplay] Thresh's death sentence continues through after stunned, including wind up

Thresh's hook, which begins with what appears to be a channel (wind up phase), a throw(throwing phase), which if it hits results in the target being stunned(drag phase), and thresh being able to pull himself to his enemy(leap phase).

Currently, upon stunning thresh, even before the wind up phase is visible, thresh continues through the animations and effects, with the same effect as it would be had he not been stunned

due to most cc being shorter than threshes hook, landing the stun still lets him leap to you.

now, most champions are stopped when cc-ed or killed during a channel. Nami's wave, tf ult, ect..

so if his q is meant to be a channel at the start, if he is stunned during it it needs to stop

if not, his wind up should be changed to something that does not give the indication of being a channel.

finally, if stunned during his q, he should be treated the same as malzahar or warwick during their suppressions. The enemy should not be pulled closer and thresh should be unable to leap if he has been stunned during the spell.

It's not a cast time or channel, it's an animation. Ezreal's Ult is another example of this; once he starts casting there's no stopping it, even though he has an animation he has to wait through. Nami's Ult is an example of one that does have a cast time, so even though it feels similar it can be interrupted.

TL;DR - Not a bug. It has no channel time.

That's because it's a skill shot. It has an animation to show he is throwing it, otherwise it would be almost impossible to dodge.
