In-Game Summoner Names/Champ Levels

Just got a new computer with Windows 8. A lot of in-game settings were messed up, but easy to fix. But one thing i cant fix is the overly large summoner names and champ levels above everyone's head. I've tried toggling summoner names on and off but it won't get any smaller. How do I fix this.
