Thresh hook bug

Not sure if anyone else has this problem. some may just say im not landing the hook. but im 100% positive. Ive seen it on blitz and thresh where the person throws the hook and it goes right threw the enemy not pulling anyone as if it didnt land. ive seen blitz pull go threw 2 people and not even pull one. not sure if anyone else has this problem just something ive noticed.
