Master Yi Health Pot Bug
Whenever Im jungling as yi ive noticed with devourer whenever i use a health pot your attackspeed is slowed significantly for about 5 sec which slows clear times and can get you killed when youre low doing a camp

This happens on EVERY champ who gets Devourer. Essentially, using a pot or buying a new item makes it act like you don't have devourer at all for the few seconds the pot is going. It'll stack and do damage, but it won't register any of the attack speed. It only applies prior to Sated as far as I've noticed.
