Rift Herald Disappears when Skaarl is scared away

Not sure if this is intentional or not.

I broke the Eye of the Herald, however I was low key taking tower shots during the animation when you are stuck in place. When I got knocked off of Skaarl, the eye of the herald disappeared mid-animation without any warning. Seemed a little suspect

Cant find the game where it happened but try it in a custom and you will see (unless its intentional/known about already).

(also twitch is overtuned not sure if thats a bug)
