I had 21/4/20 on draven and 17k gold + i was the only player 16 level the others in ma team was lower. And i didnt got S-/S/S+ , since yday a player with same deaths and lower kills /assists/ gold took S. I think that might be a problem with the system please Riot chek this my name in game : Miro60
For one, I don't think gold is part of the equation. That is all figured in with cs. Speaking of which, low cs is the main reason people don't get Ss when they wonder why. Even with that KDA, I'm guessing you need at least 6/m.
Like Stars says, after all the stats are figured (and no one knows what they really are, but we have figured KDA, cs, warding (weighted heavier for supp), objectives), you are then compared to others playing that champ. RN, Draven is meta, so more people are playing him and playing him higher than his norm avg, so you have to get REALLY good stats on him rn to get an S.
EDIT: The game just popped up on OP.GG. Yea, your cs is only 3.9/m. That's where you fell short.
You must also provide game duration and your farm since Draven gets a lot of gold from his passive.
It also isn't a standardized tier, you need to be better than the 2% top Draven players to get an S+.
The grades are high dependant on CS so you should take a look at that.
It's probably mostly because of low CS.
