[CLIENT/GAMEPLAY] Game sometimes doesn't let me through the loading screen, glitches when it does

So for the past month or two, maybe longer, I've been having many major issues with being able to play the game. Many times when I try to get into a game, the loading screen starts and i sit in it, everything goes to 100%, but then it never lets me into the game and i get a leaver game. When this happens in nexus blitz, since you can't remake it tells me i've been disconnected 7 minutes into the game and i can usually reconnect by minute 8 or 9, which is halfway through the game. Some times when i sit through this loading screen, the game DOES eventually load, but with a few bugs that I only ever experience when this happens. Shop cannot be opened by clicking on the shop (have to use keybind), and most importantly, my camera is permanently locked with no way to unlock it. I have to reconnect after first back to fix this glitch which sets me at a disadvantage. And recently, there's been in game graphical bugs I've been experiencing. Ahri orbs being invisible, Gnar boomerangs being invisible until they hit something, Ekko's Q visually being very far away from where the Q actually is. Champions turning invisible during certain animations, some crowd control abilities causing me to rubberband around despite my connection being fine, and champions visually walking through walls when moving fast. I've tried using full repair but it doesn't help. I just want to play the game but the game doesn't seem to want me to play.

TL;DR I've been unable to connect into games on occasion, and when I am able to I suffer visual bugs that make the game harder to play
