Tutorial opened despite me not clicking it, now frozen and can't exit

I was trying to get into Practice Tool, and clicked into the Tutorial first and then Practice Tool. However, the Tutorial still opened and I cannot exit. The game opens, my screen is white and frozen, and I am unable to alt tab out. When I try on another computer and get into the Tutorial, it freezes and I still cannot exit out. How can I fix my account so I can play normally?
