"Abandoned" During Champion Select

So we just finished our champion selection is draft. Out of nowhere we get booted to the party menu and it says for me that my friend abandoned. But for my friend it says i abandoned. We got a queue cooldown for 5 minutes because of this, and neither of us left the game at all.
