[GAMEPLAY]Lux E becomes unable to cast

I've had a bug where I became unable to cast Lux's E, "Lucent Singularity". The ability remained greyed out, with its 0 mana activation (the detonation activation) as the tooltip when moused over. I'm not sure exactly when in the game this happened, but have provided the Match Details ID. In case it matters, I was playing on the Butcher's Bridge map with the Star Guardian Lux skin.

I do not have screenshots or other recorded material of the bug, so I hope the game ID is enough to locate the issue.
