New Client

I'm having a reoccurring problem with the client periodically where I accept a game. but then when i load into the lobby my client freezes and only shows the big circle around the champions, a zero second timer, and I can go through my runes and masteries. Nothing else loads. This has happened about 4 times now and I'm getting tired of banned for dodging because I can pick a champ/ban.
