In the first try, I messed up. Don't worry about that. Now when I do it again, you can see I, tornado, e, q, r. Now look at the champion hot bar when I press R. You can see the first q stack to get the tornado, disappear. So let me explain, when this combo is done, you should have your first q stack back so you could hit one more q and get your tornado. Try it without using the training tool cooldown on, might be that

I don't know if it's a bug or if it's intended, but you always lose all stacks when you ult. I had 2 fresh charges then ulted off of an ally knock up and had zero stacks.

It used to be you kept your stacks because I saw a Yasuo main doing these and he didn't lose them.
