Loss Prevented

There have been numerous games lately that I and/or my teammates have disconnected cuz of a server bug. I'm certain its not my internet cuz I make sure to check my connection every time this happens (refreshing pages, opening new tabs etc.). What made me make this post is my most recent game where the enemy team seemed to be unfazed by this bug and just kept playing normally. Meanwhile me and my teammates disconnected for several minutes each 2-3 times. I get that bugs like that can happen but can riot at least protect the players with loss prevention when is needed? Its just frustrating to see that in all the surveys riot does the only concern they have is bring more people to the game when the game itself is in a terrible condition. I riot was a cafe or bar of some sort, and all there tables and chairs were broken and in bad condition, how would they bring more customers in their business? Fix your product then branch out.
