Prepaid cards not working (stuck at redeeming loading screen)
I received a prepaid card for Christmas and when I try to redeem it it doesn't load the loading wheel just keeps spinning.

Same thing happened last year to me, I'll tell you what I did, maybe it will help yall.
You should wait a day or two before you redeem the card. If at that point it goes through and says the card's code has already been redeemed, contact support and they'll work on getting that resolved for you. Put in a ticket anyway.

Coupled with the excessive traffic during this festive period and unfortunately it's gonna be a bit difficult to redeem. The only advice for now is to intermittently keep trying - it should eventually work, but just when the store is less busy/the transaction manages to get through. Sorry for the inconvenience :-(

DO NOT keep spamming it, this can cause your RP card to "Redeem" itself while not giving you the RP and can cause you to lose it, it's better to just wait.
This has already happened to me and I'm submitting a ticket for it now, but knowing how Riot support works I bet I'll never see the RP I bought and will just be emailed about how the store is experiencing issues right now.

Yeah that happened and mine has replied the card has already been redeemed the next day when I tried it so I sent in a report and now waiting for it to be fixed.
How long did it take to recieve help? I'm still waiting.

Tried to redeem a 50 dollar pre-paid card and was told it was already redeemed. I tried again and was told I had "exceeded the maximum number of code redemption attempts at this time." Thanks riot, I love it when I pay for a service and get nothing in return and am told I need to wait even longer. 
i entered two of my 10$ rp cards in and it had an error i kept trying and now it says i already redeemed it but i dont have the rp for it please riot can i get this fixed?
