[Gameplay] Visual TFT Bug

I was playing TFT when I Got disconnected because of my internet connection ( When I got disconnected I was picking champions at the circle ) , Once I got back to the game every item was an Abyssal Mask ( even though it isnt an item in TFT ) , they items were indeed the old ones , titanic hydra recurve bow giant's belt and negatron cloack , Tried to put them on champions and sell them they still looked the same , only by combining or putting them on champions on board they came back to normal. The rest of items received where normal .

Another visual bug is the blue colour of health bars which happend also after being reconnected , these champs i've already had before the circle , new champs were green colour bar . Neither by putting them on table changed the colour only by combining.

How to reproduce it , I have no idea , maybe only by getting at the same stage and disconnect manualy , It's also the first time I've witnessed this to happen.
