[CLIENT BUG] Item Set Builder not working

Every time I go to create or modify an item set, the client wont let me drag items from the items to the sets. I've tried restarting my client and my computer but no dice. This happens whether I select a specific champion or map, also when I try to change around items in an existing set (picking them up from the set causes them to disappear completely).
