Cant log in to my account and/or play the game on any other acc

i dont know what happent, all i know is that my pc discharged while loading the game and im stuck with old logging screen and no way to play or even log in. I tried logging in to multiple accounts, not only my main one, but it just dosent work whatever i do. reinstalling the game on my internet will take a real long time that i dont have, so if this is fixable, please help.(and yes, i tried the full repair button as well but it just puts me back to the logging screen and does not helps with anything.)
