[Gameplay] Aurelion Sol. Q no longer targets on mini map + passive star issue.

I'm an Aurelion Sol player with just under 100k mastery, and somethings up.

Aurelion Sol bugs, current patch:

Issue 1: As of the current patch Aurelion Sol can no longer target the mini map to direct his Q, as this was not in patch notes I can only assume this is a bug.

issue 2: As of the current patch Aurelion Sol's passive stars no longer hit when the star visual effect does, the hit about 1/4 ish between the animation. This is without a doubt a bug. Hitting his stars is hard enough, with them being where they aren't supposed to be its game changing.

As this is a game affecting bug I would appreciate help bringing it Riots attention as quickly as possible.
