my client is bugged

i can almost never make it through champ select because i keep getting an error and my client "freezes" where it just doesn't advance through the champ select so normally what i do is after i pick (if i even can) i see wen my game info shows up on op.gg so that i know we're in load screen then i relog and load in. it really some BS because this happenes every patch! repairing my client doesn't work and neither does reinstalling. another thing that really bothers me is that i get timed out from queueing because the game auto doges me when i can't pick a champ. like i JUST got a 30 min block because it says i doged and declined queues which i did neither!
