Snowball and Azir dash bug (gameplay)

So recently i played a couple aram games where whenever someone took a snowball the animation wouldn't show them traveling they would just pop up right next to you after hitting. Also in the aram game whenever azir dashed in it would look like his sprite was just in the same postion before traveling and he would pop up behind me. My friend also saw the snowball bugging out like they were flashing back and then traveling. She didnt see the azir bug though.
