PBE Champion Select/BlindPick/CustomMatch

When I open something while selecting a champion, like per say, Jihn's champ popup to buy his skin, when I close this, it will close, but the thing acts as if there and I cant click, go into game, or anything. Like the background of it to where its blurry and you cant click anything outside, that's whats showing there after closing these things. Also does it when changing summoners.
