Gamplay

So, every since this new update of 6.19, league is unbearable to play due to lag. My ms was at 37 when this occurred. My home page is fine, but entering a game gives me so much lag that champs don't even have body movements, they are literally once place then another in their standing form. I have played with Diana and Teemo encountering this problem. What is going on?
