My client crashed in rank que.

I was is champion selected, the second I clicked done on tristana (fire fighter) my client crashed. I return to the game and I logged in my friends were telling me I was still in the champion select. I go to try to que again to see if it'll put me back and then I "dodged" the match I was in and lost rank points, lost my win streak, and got a 5 minute wait time for ranked due to the fact your game messed up. This is ridiculous. If something isn't done about this I'm never spending anymore money on this game.

I'm not as upset, but i am having the same issue. I waited about three minutes for a queue, and when I finally got into champion select I picked Quinn. Needless to say the client crashed, and I am currently under a 5 minute ban. I am not very happy about it, but I was wondering if someone from riot could look into it. I just want to know if it was on my end or if the server just messed up. Some feedback on the matter would be much appreciated.

This problem is repeatedly happening for me as well. Initially my ISP did give me ping spikes at times so I can say it was possibly due to actual lag. Hoiwever, my ping has become stable around 30ms now and this problem is still persisting. I have tried contacting Riot Support and only got a message implying I intentionally dodge followed by a "Solved" status shortly after despite no solution being reached.
