Twitch is permanently revealed to enemies

In my last game today I played versus a top nothing out of the ordinary. Though as the game continued on the on the enemy team was dominating bot lane at first but then went invisible and i could still see him. And after we exploited this many times I realized this wasn't a sham. Twitch became permanently visible whether he was invisible or just running around the rift. My team and I could see him perfectly clear. I have a few thoughts on how this was caused One: being revealed by Control ward may have caused it, Two: being revealed by while both are in their respective stealth. Either way I felt bad having the be revealed like the since he was just seen on the map anywhere he went. Please Riot try to fix that because knifecat shouldn't have free food like that.
