[GAMEPLAY] Maw of Malmortius, wrong item description if it's a recommended item.

I've seen this pop up many times enough now so thought I'd report it. If Maw is an item that's been recommended for your champion, the item description while hovering over the item will be something like "increases AD based on missing HP", which is wrong. This is what it USED to do, it no longer does this (instead if gives lifesteal/spellvamp).
