Champion Select Error Causing No Masteries

It's happened about four times where during champion select I make masteries and there will show up an error and if I try to change it to any other masteries it will show the same error and then following that I will end up without any masteries. After my fourth game I tried to make changes in the mastery pages of my profile, but the same error popup appeared. WHAT IS THIS?! rip LP
