[GAMEPLAY] Hero abilities animations disappear

After starting the match and playing for some time 1-5 minutes i get the behavior from the video link (http://sendvid.com/9xwk3vn2) This happens for all heroes and all match types (5vs5, 3vs3 , Poro king)

Error details : All ability animations are not shown (mana is drained) Minions remain visible after being killed and still shot Destroyed towers are still seen and show full health

Enemy champions movement is still shown the same for team allies

System details: Dell Inspiron 15 3000 http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/productdetails/inspiron-15-3558-laptop NIVIDIA GeForce 920M

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Fixing tried: Killing the client process and restarting it fixes the problem for short time but after couple of minutes it comes back Restarting the whole OS and reconnecting to the running game also fixes the problem for a short period I also run repair option and re-scanned all files after this the issue still happens

I play other resource hungry games on the same laptop and none of them causes any problems so it doesn't look like a hardware problem
