Tryndamere Ult

Tryndamere's ult is definitely not working as intended. I played a game a few days ago against a Jax, and during a duel in top lane I activated my ult at a fraction of health. I died, but my ult still went off and went on cooldown. I thought it might have activated after I died (like the Guardian Angel bug) so I left it alone and figured I'd play some more to confirm it.

Today, against a Volibear in top, I ulted at about 25% health during a fight. My ult definitely activated while I was alive; I had about a second or two of the animation playing, it went on cooldown, and the sound effect played. Despite all of this, I died during the ult. The enemy Volibear even confirmed that he saw my ult activate. Anyone else seen anything similar?

Happened for me in a game against Braum, Amumu, Ahri, Gangplank, and Janna. It's pretty bad when a character they haven't even touched for months is acting up in such a way now. Not to mention that they haven't done anything to his ult for over 2 years.

Someone else posted a little while ago that Rumble could kill their tryndamere during the ult, but only Rumble. So who knows. Spaghetti code and all that...so everything is all probably broken.
