Akali Can Escape Urgots Ult?

During rank match, Akali was able to escape Urgot's ultimate, and several players saw it happen. I was the Urgot, and ulted Akali. While pulling her in she just dashed away. The opposing Akali said they didn't 'know' how they got out of ult, and assumed it was a bug. To my knowledge once pulling in an opposing Summoner there is no escaping Urgot's ultimate.

Did she have QSS? Qss remove the suppress. Otherwise she is not suppose to be able to pull out.

She had QSS when you used it on her when fighting alongside Kayle. That's the only occurrence I saw in where she escaped.
