Zed ult doesnt kill target

Ulted target with shuriken over head doesn't die. She didn't have heal, passive heal wasn't up, not chugging pot. Happened twice this game.

The only explanation I would have is exhaust wasn't calculated in the damage, and the ult popped when while you were under its effects.
Or Ahri got really lucky with her passive health regen :^)
Camille did most of the damage; it looks like you missed most of your skills when you ulted and got in maybe one or two auto attacks, which means the ult really didn't do much damage at all.
She likely was healed from her Spirit Fire as well. So one she got lucky, but two you also just didn't stack enough damage.
