Can't connect past champ select lost lp due to this issue

I was ranking up a silver account so that I can get the rewards and it constantly was unable to go past champ select due to unable to connect to server, I was not the only person having this issue because the people I live with also experienced this issue and someone on the other side of Australia. If this is a server issue please fix this because I've lost 40 lp already due to it. I've contacted my service provider and ran a trouble shooter it isn't on my end.
