[CLIENT] Draft Invite Bug

While playing draft with a party of four, I gave everyone in the room invite power, in order to try and find a 5th. After a while of waiting, we went into the queue. Sat in the queue for a while, few more friends came on line, left the queue. On my screen, everyone still had invite privileges, but they were not actually able to invite; I had to take away invite privileges and then give it back.

Nothing game-breaking or anything, but "not working as intended", so I figured I'd try and bring it to someone's attention.
