[GAMEPLAY] Graves E cooldown reset upon AA'ing

I have not reproduced this bug, so I don't know if I should be posting this here, but I recently went against a Graves top who had the CD of his E reset with every auto attack. With this bug, you can still spam E after you've run out of mana.

I didn't have Plays.TV open so it isn't recorded, but he definitely knew it was a bug as he continually taunted throughout the game and has been spamming Graves recently (it was a new account with barely any games cause he knows it'll be banned)

TL;DR : Graves E reset after each auto, can use it at 0 mana.

(Fun fact: I still beat the loser abusing the bug)
