BAD PATCHES 5.16 KEEPS LAGGING OUT OF GAMES EVER SINCE UPDATE

Ever since i update LOL to the 5.16 patches. my games have been crashing and crashing and crashing. i have done all the suggested fixes. all my drivers are up todate. ive checked everything. I also made sure it wasn't my side that had the problem. i ran a speed test and it checks out fine. every other program that i run works fine. its League of Legends yet again, putting w's in places they don't need to be during patches. I've lost 2 ranked games because of this issue. its not fun to lose, its even worse to lose when you can't do anything about it! please fix your crap updates please.
