Promo's bug

Today I was trying to promote to silver lll, the case is that I got to the promos. I won the first one, and lost the second one. The problem is that I couldn't play my third one, it automatically said that I hadn't been succsessful. My lp changed to 90 so I have to climb again. If someone could help me with this problem it would be great.
