Ranked 3s MMR Broken.

How do i get paired against a Masters Tier solo queue player in 3s when I'm a silver player.. How is that even fair that's like a child fighting a bear.. I really like the 3s map but I don't like being stomped by pro level player when i want to play the game for fun.
