[Gameplay] Viktor's (W) Gravity Field Stun Stack Resets, Fails Stun.

On occasion, with no clear trigger, my Gravity Field applies its stacks every .5 sec but then resets and begins a new stack cycle and fails to stun my enemy. Unfortunately, there are no clear indications of the trigger so I do not know how to reproduce the effect.
